i) By agreeing to undertake the works specified in the quotation, the Client agrees to enter into a contract with the Contractor governed by the following Terms and Conditions.

ii) The term "Client"; refers to the person(s) or organisation to whom the quotation is adressed. The term "Contractor" refers to the staff and repesentatives of RD Landscape Gardens

1.0 Price and Payment

1.1 The price quoted for the contract is only for those works specified in the contract. Any undertake or materials purchaced, whether requested by the Client or deemed necessary by the Contractor due to unforeseen circumstances are additional to the quoted price and will be added accordingly.

1.2 Contracts of 3000 or more are to be financed by stage payments, the amounts and timings of which are to be agreed between the Client and the Contractor prior to the commencement of works.

1.3 Full and final payment of any outstanding balance is to be made on complention of the specified works.

1.4 The price quoted for the works specified is valid for 3 months from the date of the quotation.

2.0 Workmanship

2.1 All works undertaken by the Contractor to be carried out in a professional manner.

2.2 On completion of works, site to be left in a clean and tidy condition.

2.3 The Contractor will do everything reasonably practicable to maintain safety standers in accordance with Health and Safety law.

2.4 All works (excluding plants) are guaranteed against defective workmanship for 1 year following completion.
